At Next Clean, we treat every home with the utmost care and respect. In the rare event that something is damaged during your cleaning, we’ll do our best to repair or replace it promptly. All of our cleaners are fully insured, so any necessary claims can be handled quickly and professionally.
No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning. Our cleaners work standard weekday hours, and many of our clients aren’t home when we arrive. In those cases, you can provide a spare key or a door or garage code so we can let ourselves in and securely lock up when we’re finished.
No need to provide anything, we bring all the supplies and equipment needed to make your home shine, and we take everything with us when we’re done.

While we do not offer refunds, if any area of your home isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, simply let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return promptly to re-clean the area at no extra cost. It’s our way of making it right and ensuring you always feel confident about your clean.
While tips are never expected, our cleaners are always grateful to receive them.
Some clients choose to leave a small tip after each cleaning, while others prefer to give a larger tip during the holidays or at the end of the year. Whatever you choose, your appreciation means a lot to our team.
If your scheduled cleaning happens to fall on a holiday, don’t worry, we’ll reach out to reschedule at a time that works best for you.
Next Clean is fully insured, as are all of our cleaners. This means you can enjoy a completely worry-free cleaning experience. In the unlikely event that a team member is injured while working in your home, our insurance coverage takes care of it so you never have to.
There’s no need to vacuum before we arrive, that’s what we’re here for! To help us give you the most efficient and thorough clean, we just ask that you pick up any toys, clothing, or clutter beforehand. Please also make sure your pets are comfortable and safe while we clean.
At Next Clean, we’re dedicated to delivering a consistent, high-quality clean every time we visit. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss any specific needs beyond our Cleaning Checklist, and you can always share special requests with your cleaner before your service.
If you return home and notice something wasn’t quite right, just contact us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right as part of our Next Clean Promise.
We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled clean – That’s OK! Just please let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your appointment and we’ll do our best to shift your schedule.
If we receive less than 2 business days notice or we cannot access your home, Next Clean will charge you the full price of your cleaning.
When rescheduling or canceling your cleaning, please contact your local Next Clean’s office manager, not your cleaners.
Next Clean offers cleaning services on your schedule, whether that’s once a week, every other week, or once a month. You can also book a one-time cleaning for special occasions, move-ins or move-outs, holiday prep, or whenever you simply need an extra hand.
Because we work contract-free, you’re free to adjust your cleaning frequency anytime to fit your budget, schedule, and lifestyle.
