General Clean
- Light fixtures, blinds, ledges, and sills dusted
- Ceilings, corners, furniture, and doors dusted
- Baseboards, cabinets, and hard surfaces dusted
- Outside of appliances cleaned, including inside microwave
- All chrome, mirrored, and stainless surfaces polished
- Flooring throughout home swept, vacuumed, and mopped
- Trash removed throughout home before exiting
Deep Clean
- Light fixtures, blinds, ledges, and sills washed
- Ceilings, corners, furniture, and doors dusted
- Baseboards, cabinets, and hard surfaces washed
- Outside and inside of appliances cleaned, including inside microwave
- All chrome, mirrored, and stainless surfaces polished
- Inside windows and sliding glass doors cleaned
- Flooring throughout home swept, vacuumed, and mopped
- Trash removed throughout home before exiting
Market Prep Clean
- Light fixtures, blinds, ledges, and sills washed
- Ceilings, corners, furniture, and doors dusted
- Baseboards, cabinets, and hard surfaces washed
- Outside of appliances cleaned, including inside microwave
- Inside windows, window tracks, and sliding glass doors cleaned
- All chrome, mirrored, and stainless surfaces polished
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized (toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers)
- Kitchen countertops and backsplash cleaned and disinfected
- Flooring throughout home swept, vacuumed, and mopped
- Trash removed throughout home before exiting
Vacant Move In / Move Out Clean
- Light fixtures, blinds, ledges, and sills washed
- Ceilings, corners, furniture, and doors dusted/washed
- Baseboards, cabinets, and hard surfaces washed
- Appliances cleaned inside and out, pulled out and cleaned behind (including microwave)
- All chrome, mirrored, and stainless surfaces polished
- Flooring throughout home swept, vacuumed, and mopped
- Trash removed throughout home before exiting
